Upon your arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, meet up with your tour guide and then transfer to the city center; you will soon feel the bustling daily life along the streets. Take the first visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Complex; your tour guide will brief you about the revolutionary life of the monumental Ho Chi Minh leader who led Vietnam to independence while walking around his old offices and stilt house. On the way back to your car, make a quick stop at One Pillar Pagoda – a unique architecture which was inspired by the pure beauty of the lotus flower. Next drive takes you to the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, which was built in the 11th Century and follows Confucius philosophy. This afternoon, continue walking to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter. Walk through narrow and evocative streets; you will have the closest view to the French-colonial architectures of ancient buildings and family-run vendor stores.

(SIC with local lunch) 07:45-08:15: Our tour guide and driver will pick up at your hotel in Hanoi city to depart for Ninh Binh province (120 Kms). Start tour Trang An - Bai Dinh Pagoda. 10:30: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel 13:00 Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers Ha Long on land of Ninh Binh. 16:00: Getting on the car for returning to Hanoi. 18:00-18:30: Back to Hanoi at your hotel, Trang An - Bai Dinh Pagoda Tour ends.

(SIC with local lunch) AM: HCM City We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office,followed by exploring the Reunification Palace and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum. PM: Cu Chi Tunnels Located 60km from HCMC, Cu Chi is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. Today, ducks and water buffalos happily coexist in the rivers along the side of the road. However, the peaceful rural rice paddy scenery belies the area’s violent history. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage & defoliation over this whole area, caused by bombing and mines. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a Free Target Zone. Start our tour in the morning, before entering the tunnels visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. You will spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war). Return to Sai Gon.
